This was a presentation that I gave to a number of 4Networking groups originally. Most recently, it was given as a workshop for the Business Club Cambridge.
Controlling your email deals with one of the causes of the cry “there are too few hours in the day” that comes from many owners of small businesses, amongst others. That cause is the inefficient way that many people deal with the volumes of email that flow into their Inboxes on a daily basis.
Attached are two files:
- a Mind Map that gives an overview of the process I follow, and

Much of the thinking behind my process is based on the excellent work done by David Allen in his “Getting Things Done” book.
